GCOB is a high quality pet owners support service operating in Southwest London. Centred on Battersea, areas covered include parts of Wandsworth, Chelsea, Fulham, Lambeth, Putney & Clapham (post codes SW3, SW6, SW8, SW10, SW11, SW15 & SW18).
Ethos:
- First and foremost, GCOB's approach to pet care is rooted in the practices and ethics of animal rescue. With these in mind, the safety and welfare of your pet is placed above all other considerations.
- Secondly, GCOB maintains a strong commitment to operating in an environmentally friendly way. A local, eco-friendly service is offered where dogs are picked up either on foot or in an electric vehicle. In addition, bio-degradable bags are used for dog waste and recycled paper is used in the office.
- Thirdly, advice on training and welfare issues are offered to the limit of our understanding (and not beyond!). We do not pretend to be qualified behaviourists or vets. However, there may be areas in which we can pass on the benefits of our experience to you. Beyond this, we can help you research issues and develop a care / training programme should your pet require it.
